Taikoo Engine Services (Xiamen) Co. Ltd. as a specialist in full overhaul, testing and component repair services for GE90 series engines, our key capabilities including performance restoration, quick-turn shop visits as well as module and component repair services.
Position Description
Support supervisor to carry out routine training work and monitoring the training activity to meet the regulation requirement from CAAC/EASA/FAA etc.
What You'll Do
- Organize and implement the training and coordinate external training and on-job-training and self-study training organized by departments according to training plan.
- Establish personnel files for training records including training records, exam results, certificate copies etc.
- Collection and recording of External Training Provider related data including the the organisation’s approvals and the trainer’s certifications / records as required by this Training Program
- Notification to department Managers of the training due, and assist with the scheduling, planning and resource allocation in accordance with the approved training plans.
- Maintaining the training database (Including SAP/ESS training platform) and producing the required reports and reminders.
- Communicate the training plan compliance changes, additions etc. for department managers.
What You'll Need
- University graduated or higher.
- At least 1-year working experience in Aircraft / Engine MRO or Part-147 Organization (Preference).
- Excellent written and oral English.
- Familiar with Windows Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
