Store Officer

Position Description

This role is to support store supervisor complete goods receipt & store management.

What You'll Do

1. Competent to provide training (assess through trial period lasting up to 12 weeks).
2. Able to prepare and provide commentary for monthly KPI/metrics.
3. Support internal and external audit (Assessment from QA engineer).
4. Plan daily core areas operation to accommodate engine/module build schedule provided by Planning department (assess through trial period achievement of Gate 1 and Gate 3 targets)
5. Compile, review for correctness and submit monthly engine material consumption and monthly stock movement report to Customs (Practical demonstration).
6. Plan, undertake and review the result of stock check and cycle counting as procedure requested (internal and external audit).
7. Store management of store environment and equipment (records and corrective action to be verified through 5S).
8. Others task as directed by Store Supervisor.

What You'll Need

1. College or above degree, science & technology background, CAAC PWT License holder.
2. Sound knowledge of CAAC, FAA, EASA and UK CAA regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the Store functions preferred.
3. At least 3 years' experience stores supervision / management of supply chain or have held leading position as a piece part inspector of aviation materials.
4. Strong leadership skills, combined with excellent communication and people skills and comfortable dealing with people in a global work environment.
5. Previous experience in SAP using preferred.
6. Intermediate or higher level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
7. Holder of a valid Forklift License and the operation of forklift is preferrable.
8. Good English language skills: CET4 and above, BULATS English Level A2, Technical English AE level.
