Position Description
The role entails comprehensive management of purchase requisitions for aeronautical parts and subcontracted repair services essential to engine maintenance activities.
What You'll Do
- Purchase Order (POs) management:
- Place PO in strict adherence to established policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
- Continuous monitoring of purchase order status and maintain effective communication with suppliers to guarantee timely fulfillment.
- Keep all relevant data updated within the production planning to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ensures seamless communication between vendors and internal customers by addressing queries and managing any rejected materials efficiently.
- Vendor Management:
- Generating reports on vendor performance and activities, analyzing data for insights and improvements, and Leveraging analytics to make informed decisions.
- Setting performance standards and expectations, conducting regular performance reviews.
What You'll Need
- Education: BA or equivalent degree in a business discipline, Majored in Supply Chain, Economics, International trade are preferred.
- 0-2 year working experience, Supply Chain or Contract Management roles, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience are a plus.
- Able to be a team player and willing to learn on the job;
- Humble: Respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
- Languages: Good English skills, written and spoken;
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills in MS Office, previous experience in using ERP systems is preferred but not essential;
