HAECO Component Overhaul (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAECO. At present, HAECO has established three aircraft component maintenance centers, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong (headquarters), Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong and Xiamen respectively, providing aircraft component maintenance services to aircraft operators or owners around the world.
The company obtained the CAAC maintenance license in December 2015. In February 2016, it obtained the FAA maintenance license. In March 2017, it obtained the EASA maintenance license. In June 2022, it obtained the JCAB maintenance license.
Position Description
Responsible for the function of task evaluation, task detail breakdown with work phase definition & material/tool requirements, maintenance input critical task/path identification
What You'll Do
• Responsible for the function of task evaluation, task detail breakdown with work phase definition & material/tool requirements, maintenance input critical task/path identification.
• Develop detailed project plans that prioritize tasks based on their criticality and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project milestone and TRT
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans, ensuring that all tasks are sequenced effectively to meet deadlines
• Analyse and assess potential conflicts between aircrafts, maintenance tasks, utilizing technical knowledge to identify dependencies and constraints that may impact project timelines
• Coordinate with other supporting departments for specialized technical support, technical instructions and provision of critical material & tool.
• Monitor and drive operational performance excellence to enable “Planning-led-Operation”
What You'll Need
• Min. 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft base maintenance, OR
Min. 3 years of experience in all aspects of aircraft base maintenance PLUS 5 years of experience in Production Planning, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and workflows, with the ability to evaluate technical task requirements and dependencies effectively
• Proficient in qualitative analysis techniques to assess task conflicts and inform planning decisions
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate conflict resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• CAAC license is preferred
