Located at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, HAECO Landing Gear Services offers a full range of inspection, repair, modification, overhaul, exchange and leasing services. Our authorized capabilities include the repair and overhaul of landing gear for the Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787, the Airbus A320, the Embraer E190/E195 and the Comac C909.
Position Description
Reporting to Supply Chain VP, the incumbent will lead and manage procurement requests of the assigned categories, including goods and services.
What You'll Do
- Participate in Company safety project, comply with Safety policy, zero LTI/MC
- Act as the key senior officer and subject matter expert for responsible categories, including but not limited to, vendor selection, proposal evaluation, developing and negotiating contract terms & conditions, In-time system entrance and internal customer response, make sure procurement in a fair, reasonable and in efficient manner
- Handling daily procurement duties, procure to pay process
- Conducting product analysis and provision to support internal customer requirements
- Collaborating with teams and relevant stakeholders effectively
What You'll Need
- Recognized bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, analytical and result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- CET 4 or above, good at English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Minimum of 2 year of procurement experience
- Previous experience in aviation industry would be an advantage
- Professional in procurement categories
