Position Description
Plan the spares to fulfil the upcoming requirements, thus, to deliver the final product with safety and quality, with optimizing the inventory level under moderate supervision
What You'll Do
- Manage and control inventory of the company under moderate supervision.
- Report and monitor stock turnover and stock obsolescence of aircraft material
- Conduct root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action plan for project residue
- Analyze and improve integrity of aircraft pre-draw material list (BOM) under moderate supervision
- Conduct discrepancy analysis based on BOM and actual material consumption upon project completion
- Assist Material Planner to make recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders for improving the integrity of BOM
- Assist Material Planner to conduct material project and loss analysis and make recommendations to management for improving profitability
- Maintain and validate material consumption database
- Assist to prepare response to Customer RFP
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
1. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Degree holder in relevant discipline (English – Level 4)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and committed. Able to work under pressure.
- Good command of conversational English and Chinese
- Good command of written English
- Good PC skills especially Microsoft Office and database applications
- Good analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications preferred
- Passed training in Staff Competence Program for Material Planning staff
