Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.
Position Description
1. Market Sales: Collect market information and promptly provide the marketing team with feedback. Assist with assigned sales activities. Support specific tasks related to customer visits.
2. Customer Relationship Maintain: Conduct regular customer visits. Regularly send out training plans and share industry updates. Track their training status in real time and understand their satisfaction with the training.
3. Invoicing: Notify the Finance Department to issue invoices, assist in reviewing invoices, mail them to customers on time, and follow up on payment collection.
4. Internal Management: Understand the operational procedures of relevant company departments and quickly familiarize yourself with all regulations governing the business department’s operations.
5. Training: Participate in theoretical and practical professional training arranged by superiors and pass the corresponding assessments.
6. Documentation and Workplace: Clearly organize and archive relevant documents, update related data, and analyze data as required. Maintain daily tidiness, organization, and cleanliness of the workspace as well as the proper upkeep of office equipment. Plan, coordinate, and implement measures to improve work efficiency, work quality, and industrial safety. Safeguard the property of the company and its customers. Work with department administrative staff to complete tasks such as reading, receiving, submitting, and signing relevant notices or documents on time.
7. Other Duties: Complete any temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

What You'll Need
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, English or other related disciplines.
2. Proficient in written and oral skills in a foreign language.
3. Diligent and responsible with strong teamwork spirit, communication and coordination skills
4. CET-4 certification required with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of using English proficiently for work communication.
5. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
