Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.
Position Description
1. Be responsible for the preparation of relevant system data before customers' goods inbound;
2. Be responsible for the relevant shipping instructions and internal and external communication regarding the return and export of customers' goods.
3. Maintain the data required by the customer's system in accordance with the customer's instructions;
4. Be responsible for communicating with customers about the disposal methods of aircraft disassembled parts.
What You'll Do
1.Responsible for creating partbase for incoming goods from customers and creating PO for customer LH;
2. Responsible for the return of the customer's aircraft disassembled parts, new cargo and non-aviation material parts.
3. Maintain the relevant data of the UA system in a timely manner according to the instructions of UA customers;
4. Be responsible for organizing the relevant documents required by customers, including the list of disassembled parts and the collection of customer tags, as well as the scrapping list signed by customers, etc.
5. Contact both internal and external parties (including customers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers) in a timely manner to handle matters related to the return of customers' goods, and handle and communicate any abnormal situations.
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
What You'll Need
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics or related fields is preferred;
2. No work experience is required. Candidates with experience in logistics or related fields are preferred.
3. Cet-4 or above;
4. Familiar with the operation of office software such as EXCEL;
5. Good communication and expression skills.
