Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.
Position Description
Including but not limited to:
1. Independently deliver training sessions.
2. Under supervision, develop and refine theoretical and practical training materials/lesson plans; review and continuously improve existing materials as required.
3. Under supervision, compose examination questions for relevant subjects; coordinate with the examination department to review and update the question bank as required.
4. Actively contribute to the development of training aids and equipment; proactively expand training capabilities.
5. Learn to perform class advisor duties and assist in the daily management of trainees.
What You'll Do
Including but not limited to:

What You'll Need
1. Educational Background:
Associate’s diploma or above, in Mechanical, or Electronic category (Aviation/ Aerospace University is preferred).
2. Work Experience:
1). Possess at least one year of experience as an Assistant Instructor, or a minimum of four years of experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.
2)、Have completed the corresponding professional civil aviation maintenance technician position-specific training program.
3. Communication Skills:
Have certain communication skills.
4. Presentation Skills:
1). Have good communication and public speaking skills.
2). Be able to conduct teaching activities in basic English.
