Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

 

Position Description

Including but not limited to:
1.    Maintain and update OHS policies, procedures, and system documentation to ensure compliant operation of the company’s OHS management system.
2.    Plan and conduct internal OHS audits and risk assessments and follow up on corrective actions until closure is verified.
3.    Monitor on-site work activities for safety compliance, record and analyze identified hazards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
4.    Support the development and implementation of OHS training programs.
5.    Organize occupational health examinations and occupational disease prevention initiatives and manage employee health records.
6.    Investigate workplace injuries and safety incidents, prepare investigation reports, and drive implementation of preventive measures.
7.    Regularly collect, analyze, and report OHS performance data through routine monthly and annual reports.
8.    Coordinate with external regulatory authorities during inspections and audits, and track required corrective actions to completion.
9.    Coordinate with other departments to improve OHS.
10.    Assist in the completion of tasks assigned.

What You'll Need

 Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Safety Engineering, Aviation, Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred.
◆ Working Experience: 
1.) Minimum 3 years’ hands-on safety management experience in a manufacturing environment;
2.) Hold Intermediate Registered Safety Engineer certificate or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification;(preferred)
3.) Familiarity with China’s occupational safety laws, regulations and technical standards is preferred. 
◆    Language Skills: 
1.) Fluent in spoken and written English, 
2.) CET-4 or above.
◆    Excellent in results-driven execution, proactive problem-solving, and delivering practical safety outcomes.
◆    Excellent in networking and communication.
◆ Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.
