Position Description
Report to the immediate supervisor on daily work and, in accordance with the company’s current procedures and under the premise of strictly complying with the company’s safety operation rules and safety procedures, perform the following (but not limited to) duties:
1. Under the guidance of the team leader, carry out aircraft maintenance work in accordance with aircraft maintenance manuals and technical instructions, ensuring compliance with the required quality standards.
2. Coordinate with the overall progress of aircraft maintenance work and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
3. Participate in various theoretical and practical training arranged by the supervisor and pass the corresponding assessments.
4. Report any quality or safety-related incidents to the supervisor in a timely manner.
5. Abide by company regulations and procedures, take good care of company and customer property, and maintain a clean and orderly working environment.

What You'll Need
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major in mechanical engineering, electronics, or related fields;
3. English proficiency at CET-4 level or above.
