Position Description
This position is fully responsible for the overall production operation management of the machining and sheet metal workshop. It involves coordinating production plans, on-site control, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, safety and cost management, as well as team building, to ensure efficient and compliant production in the workshop, with timely delivery, and to fully achieve the company's core business indicators such as capacity, quality, cost, and safety.
(1) Production Planning and Scheduling Control
• Based on customer order requirements and actual production capacity, formulate production plans and process production schedules.
• Utilize ERP to monitor production progress and respond quickly to emergencies, and output production data analysis reports.
(2) Production Site and Lean Management
• Implement 5S, TPM, visual management, lean production and other standardized management tools; ensure that equipment efficiency (OEE) meets standards.
• Supervise the implementation of aviation manufacturing process discipline to ensure the compliance of the entire production process.
• Continuously improve the production efficiency and lean management level of the workshop.
(3) Cost Management
• Regularly calculate production costs, optimize resource allocation, and achieve controllable workshop costs and steady improvement in benefits.
(4) Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Establish a sound team incentive mechanism to create a positive working atmosphere.
• Achieve efficient collaboration with relevant departments to ensure the smooth operation of the entire production chain.
What You'll Do

What You'll Need
(1) Basic Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation, material forming and control engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace manufacturing engineering, etc.
• Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a workshop management supervisor; candidates with familiarity with the production process of aviation components will be given priority.
(2) Professional Skills
• Mastering mechanical processing techniques and possessing professional knowledge in aviation quality systems.
• Familiar with production management systems such as MES and ERP, and proficient in using professional production management tools like lean production and TPM.
• Proficient in English, with CET-4 or above in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
