Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.
Position Description
1. Ensure the secure and stable operation of business systems, and drive continuous optimization and improvement of the systems.
2. Conduct system design based on user requirements, and organize and complete the analysis, design, and planning of business systems.
3. Write high-quality code that complies with security standards and ensure alignment with design documentation.
4. Organize and implement code reviews, taking responsibility for code quality and system performance.
5. Identify, assess, and track security risks during development and operations, and drive timely resolution of issues.
6. Independently manage the full lifecycle of medium-sized projects or participate in module management of large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, requirement-compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
7. Proactively research emerging technology trends, continuously enhance professional skills, and actively share knowledge and empower the team.
8. Complete audit-related tasks to ensure software security.
9. Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

What You'll Need
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
2. Over 4 years of experience in program development or ERP system maintenance;
3. Proficient in software development methodologies with independent analysis and design capabilities;
4. Familiar with Java development and database operations and maintenance;
5. Skilled in using project management tools such as Git and SVN;
6. Knowledgeable about technical solutions in the MRO industry;
7. Capable of independently managing small to medium-sized projects;
8. Strong communication and presentation skills;
9. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in Cangqiong development/deployment and operations, and familiarity with Xinghan products.
