What You'll Do

Under the premise of strict compliance with the company's safety code of practice and procedure, including but not limited to
1. Sourcing in strict accordance with procurement policy,quality regulations and other legal requirements for high quality suppliers in the market for the competitive prices and good service, vendor registration and renew according to policy.
2. Proactively manage supplier performance by monitoring and validating price adherence, service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and lead time reliability, escalating deviations as required. Serve as the procurement liaison across Production, Commercial, and Aviation functions to jointly forecast, validate material requirements.
3. Collect the needs of user departments, lead and participate in bidding projects in strict accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Procedures manual and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quotation.
4. Collect and sort out the data, monitor and evaluate supplier’s performance in terms of delivery and quality etc., to ensure the performance and service of suppliers are at good level.
5. Maintain good communication and cooperation with team members and superiors, solve problems in time or report to superiors for necessary action.
6.Preference will be given to candidates with Aviation materials procurement experience.

What You'll Need

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in English, International Trade, or Aviation are preferred;
2. More than six years of relevant work experience;
3. Good written and speaking English, pass CET-4 or above;
4. Proficient in office software.
