HXXMN_03XX Senior Accountant

Position Description

Including but not limited to:
1.    Financial Closing and Analysis:
a)    Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, e.g. revenue/cost recognition and analysis etc..
b)    Oversee the provisioning for obsolete inventory to ensure accurate financial reporting
c)    Conduct monthly profitability analysis to support operational decision-making.
d)    Prepare and submit monthly reports to relevant stakeholders accurately and in a timely manner.
2.    Budgeting and Forecasting:
a)Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support the business unit's growth and profitability.
b) Prepare and submit budgeting and reforecasting reports to relevant stakeholders accurately and in a timely manner.
3.    Financial Advisory and Support:
a)    Act as a key financial advisor to the business unit, providing financial insights and supporting business leaders in decision-making processes
b)    Provide financial expertise and support for key projects, including investment evaluations, new capability development, customer pricing proposals, post contract review and business unit strategies.
c)    Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters within the business unit, providing clear and timely communication to stakeholders
d)    Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive financial awareness and support business objectives
4.    Audit Assistance and compliance:
a)Assist in internal and external audits, including coordination with GIAD, PwC, and tax auditors.
b)Responsible for Insurance management
5.Treasury Management
a)Prepare daily treasury matters, liaise with bankers and prepare cashflow forecast to HAECO Treasury department.
b)Provide financial insights on hedging and treasury management
6.    System and Process Improvement:
a)    lead or participate in Finance-related improvement projects.
b)    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
7.    Ad Hoc Projects:
Undertake other financial tasks and projects as required.

What You'll Do

Including but not limited to:

c)    Conduct monthly profitability analysis (e.g. by customer, by A/C type etc.) to support operational decision-making.
d)    Prepare and submit monthly reports to relevant stakeholders accurately and in a timely manner.
2.    Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support the Base Maintenance business unit's growth and profitability.

What You'll Need

1.Skill requirement,
1）Professional Knowledge：
a) Strong understanding of Chinese accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
b) Proficiency in financial modeling, project analysis, and cost management
2) Language and Computer Skills：
a) Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
b) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee and AX) is a plus
2. Job requirements,
◆Education 
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
◆Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
◆Professional Certificates
a) CET-6 or PETs-4 English proficiency certificate
b) Intermediate Accountant Qualification Certificate
◆Others
a) Strong ability to work under pressure
