Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.
Position Description
Including but not limited to:
1. Financial Closing and Analysis:
a) Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including costing and inventory management for the Parts Manufacturing business unit.
b) Oversee the provisioning for obsolete inventory to ensure accurate financial reporting
c) Conduct monthly profitability analysis by customer and product to support operational decision-making.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support the Parts Manufacturing business unit's growth and profitability.
3. Financial Advisory and Support:
a) Act as a key financial advisor to the Parts Manufacturing business unit, providing financial insights and supporting business leaders in decision-making processes
b) Provide financial expertise and support for key projects, including investment evaluations, new capability development, customer pricing proposals, and business unit strategies.
c) Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters within the business unit, providing clear and timely communication to stakeholders
d) Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive financial awareness and support business objectives
4. Audit Assistance:
Assist in internal and external audits, including coordination with GIAD, PwC, and tax auditors.
5. System and Process Improvement:
a) Lead the coordination of the ERP replacement project for the Parts Manufacturing business unit, ensuring seamless integration and improved financial processes.
b) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
6. Ad Hoc Projects:
Undertake other financial tasks and projects as required.
What You'll Do
Including but not limited to:

Undertake additional financial tasks and projects as required.
What You'll Need
1.Skill requirement,
1)Professional Knowledge:
a) Strong understanding of Chinese accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
b) Proficiency in financial modeling, project analysis, and cost management
2) Language and Computer Skills:
a) Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
b) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee and AX ) is a plus
2. Job requirements,
◆Education
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
◆Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
◆Professional Certificates
a) CET-6 or PETS-4 English proficiency certificate
b) Intermediate Accountant Qualification Certificate
