Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

 

Position Description

The successful candidate will work as an ERP expert, and become a part of our team of experts responsible for the end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the ERP Functions. This position has the option to be based in Xiamen, for performing business analysis and implementing mission-critical enterprise solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery.

What You'll Do

1. Report to the IT Project Lead to assist in the planning, executing, and delivering projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2.  Coordinate project resources, schedules, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues while recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including workflows, use cases, and requirements.
5. Communicate clear requirements and functional specifications with group and regional teams, identifying areas for process design and improvement.
6.  Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive deliverables, including preparing test plans, test data, and system documentation, while providing UAT and cutover support.
7.  Monitor and report on solution performance, identifying opportunities for optimization or enhancement where necessary.
8.  Provide Tier 2 system support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT teams to resolve them effectively.

What You'll Need

1.  Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MRO or related disciplines, with proven technical background in ERP.
2.  Experience in all aspects of ERP implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
3.  Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
4.  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years of ERP solution delivery experience in enterprise-scale system integration projects, packaged solutions, and in-house development, preferably within cross-functional environments and sizable organizations.
5.  Proven experience in the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
6.  The candidate will need proven experience and knowledge in  Supply Chain modules. 
7.  Certification in ERP is a plus .
