Position Description
HAECO Group's Graduate Trainee Programm aims to develop young graduates with diverse backgrounds into our future leaders. Upon successful completion of the programme, the trainees will continue to broaden their career prospect in different business functions for further development.

What You'll Need
- A Bachelor’s degree majoring in ANY disciplines with good academic results, candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcomed
- Fresh university graduates or university graduates with less than 2 years’ work experience
- Business minded, receptive to change, adaptable and with learning agility
- Innovative, self-motivated, determined to succeed
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with leadership potential
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written
