Taikoo Engine Services (Xiamen) Co. Ltd. as a specialist in full overhaul, testing and component repair services for GE90 series engines, our key capabilities including performance restoration, quick-turn shop visits as well as module and component repair services. 

 

Position Description

Establish, implement and manage an independent QMS, EMS and OHSAS to comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure the systems are running effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and control documented Authority and QMS, EMS and OHSAS manuals, procedures, instructions and forms to support the systems, including monitoring the amendment of HES procedures and the compliance with the current regulation.
  • Ensure the systems' approvals are maintained, including liaison with the authorities.
  • Monitor internal (self) audit program for overseeing QMS/EMS/OHSAS and compliance to procedures and regulations.
  • Connect with HAECO Group on safety and quality activities.
  • Establish a maintenance error / quality issue /safety issue reporting and management process that encourages personnel to report and fix errors, and feed these back into the continuation training program.
  • Establish a corrective action process for findings, discrepancies and hazards identified during internal, external and 3rd party audits / survey, including follow up and closure of any non-conformance.
  • Prepare and submit quality / EHS reports to management, authorities and customers as required.
  • Establish and implement regular meetings with the accountable manager to review quality / safety issues and establish regular communications to all management and other personnel to ensure awareness of quality/safety issues, audit findings and maintenance errors and they actively support the review and action processes.
  • Establish HES Training Program with Training Team. including overseeing the implementation.
  • Administration of personnel authorisation issued to HES personnel, ensuring completion of training, certification and competency assessments.
  • Ensure the entity SD project/program is running well per the group requirements.
  • Maintenance of ERP database and other data as applicable to QA and EHS departments' tasks and activities.
  • Ensure that QA and EHS departments' personnel receive initial, recurrent and remedial training to maintain competencies.
  • Actively support continuous improvement, human factors, sustainable development and other programs as required.

What You'll Need

  • University graduated or higher, bachelor degree of science or engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in quality management and/or EHS management role/area.
  • CAAC Aircraft/Component Maintenance Personnel License.
  • Quality or Safety related engineer license/certificate (preference).
  • Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skills - BULATS B2 or above, CET 6 or higher.
