HAECO Component Overhaul (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAECO. At present, HAECO has established three aircraft component maintenance centers, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong (headquarters), Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong and Xiamen respectively, providing aircraft component maintenance services to aircraft operators or owners around the world.

 

The company obtained the CAAC maintenance license in December 2015. In February 2016, it obtained the FAA maintenance license. In March 2017, it obtained the EASA maintenance license. In June 2022, it obtained the JCAB maintenance license.

 

Position Description

  1. Follow Company regulation and safety requirement, identify potential risks and keep safety first. 
  2. Mainly responsible for the issuance of export invoice, material AP voucher input and the declaration of statistical statements. As well as the management of accounting vouchers and contracts. 

What You'll Do

  1. Follow Company regulation and safety requirement, identify potential risks and keep safety first.
  2. Ensure statistical report data is accurate and submitted on time
  3. Responsible for the registration and custody of company documents such as contracts and financial vouchers                        
  4. To assist in audit matters& other matters assigned by manager
  5. Calculate the amount of export invoice and report the price to the customs officer
  6. Responsible for VAT input invoice verification, assist to complete VAT declaration
  7. Invoice register, checking, handle payment requests and to ensure compliance of the approval policy

What You'll Need

  1. 1-2 years relevant experience in a sizable enterprise
  2. Knowledge of PRC accounting standards, related rules and regulations
  3. Bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting or related
  4. English CET 4, proficient in reading and writing
  5. Familiar with MS office software (word, excel etc)
