Taikoo Engine Services (Xiamen) Co. Ltd. as a specialist in full overhaul, testing and component repair services for GE90 series engines, our key capabilities including performance restoration, quick-turn shop visits as well as module and component repair services.
Position Description
This role is critical to ensure HES’ commercial service delivery, contract fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage billing and invoicing process, debt management, and customer dispute / complaints resolution processes, and customer support for work-in-progress services in cooperation with other internal departments.
- Understanding of assigned customer and provide support and backup to other CB staff when required
- Lead customer engagement activities, such as calls and on-site visits. Collaborate with internal departments to align operations with commercial requirements and needs.
- Assist CBM in the day-to-day running of Customer Business Department and other commercial tasks as specified by CBM from time to time.
- Ownership of assigned customer account management to meet commercial targets and contractual obligations.
- Act as the primary commercial contact point for assigned customer accounts.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer account management or commercial/sales discipline
- Experience and/or demonstration of understanding of assigned customer account management including invoicing, billing, managing disputes and driving customer satisfaction

Demonstrate knowledge and experience with SAP and MS Office software

Bachelor degree or above, engineering or business related major preferred

Good interpersonal and presentation skills, able to work under pressure and perform as a team player

Professional proficiency of English, including written, spoken and comprehension
