Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.
Position Description
Reporting to Business Development and Commercial Assistant Manager, manage customer account, services delivery process and to improve customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. Commercial Officer manages the customer daily expectations which include daily communication, quotation handling, service delivery, invoices handling, AOG support etc. Also, coordination with internal parties is required.
What You'll Do
- Liaise with customers to build customer relationship, daily commercial operations, aiming to secure sustainable business and future growth.
- Improve customer satisfaction and grow business.
- Responsible for contract execution to ensure best value created for HAECO while minimizing contract risks.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers, HAECO Group companies, and OEM partners.
- Prepare quotations for customers with considerations of contractual implications.
- Maintain customer relationship and for the goal of business development.
What You'll Need
- Relevant customer service experience and customer-oriented mindset.
- A recognized degree in Business, Language, Communication, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in aviation industry.
- Knowledge or experience in aircraft components business and components is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in contracts and legal terms would be an advantage.
