Position Description
Support Material Control team and Material Planning team to manage aviation spare orders to meet the requirements, in order for the company to deliver aircraft maintenance services safely and with the highest quality.
What You'll Do
- Acquire and provide aircraft materials and parts to support the operations of the company under moderate supervision.
- Coordinate with Material Planning and Material Control teams for replenishment, provisioning and shortage handling.
- Issue Purchase Orders using AMOS System for approvals and send to suppliers.
- Expedite Purchase Orders when needed to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide updated delivery status for Purchase Orders in the AMOS System.
- Request Procurement department to source part suppliers or obtain quotations for new parts or parts without valid quotes in AMOS System.
- Review and handle incorrect invoices, shipping errors, cancellation of orders, and replacement of materials not in compliance with company specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
1. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Degree holder in relevant discipline (English - Level 4)
- Good communication skills
- Good command of conversational English and Chinese
- Good command of written English
- Good PC skills with Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Supply chain and purchasing knowledge preferred
- Good negotiation skills
- Passed training in Staff Competence Program for Purchasing staff
