Position Description
To develop new and existing business opportunities and transforming them into contracts for domestic and international customers with the objective of growing the overall business volume and anchoring the reputation of HAECO Landing Gear Services as a world-class facility, staffed by customer-centric responsible professionals.
What You'll Do
• Coordination with Group Commercial on RFP inquiries and develop winning proposals and products.
• Participate in regular Group Commercial meetings.
• Take lead in driving the compilation of the bid/proposal/quote package.
• Take lead in driving the contract preparation and finalizing the process and ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Analyse potential and future landing gear markets for growth and development opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives with the management team in alignment with the Group Commercial’s business plan for mid- and long-term growth.
• Identify and develop new customers as well as to build strong relationship with customers.
• Manage, plan travel schedules for off-site customer calls, customer visits, strategize and generating new business.
• Provide business forecasts and report business opportunities and activities aligned with Group Commercial.
• Meeting and exceeding Company’s expectations on approved budget.
• Fully utilize Zoho to record all commercial opportunities and follow up.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities in commercial service and processes.
What You'll Need
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial activities in Aviation / MRO related products
- Proven track record of business development experience in Aviation / MRO industry
- Solid understanding and knowledge of contracts, pricing, and proposal management
- Existing (customer) network within Aviation / MRO industry is an advantage
- Minimum of three years of management experience with at least three direct reports (Note: direct reports number set is preferrable only, not mandatory)
- University Degree (BA / BS) education in relevant subject, and/or relevant work experience
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken
