Position Description
This role is responsible for account management with contracted customers. This role needs to maintain customer relationship by being the first contact during regular review meeting with contracted customers, address issues to other departments and escalate to senior management. This role ensures delivery of contractual obligations and satisfaction of customers’ requirements, monitors contracts’ financial performance against expected profitability and returns, and drives improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
1.Overall responsibility for contracted customers’ performance and satisfaction, measured against clear KPIs (for example, revenue, profitability, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, etc…)
2.Conduct deal reviews with senior management to ensure strategic alignment, risk management, and adherence to financial objectives.
3.Build, maintain and cultivate strong relationship with key stakeholders, incl. decision makers of contracted customers at different levels of seniority, and in close alignment with Group Commercial
4.Support contracted customers by fulfilling maintenance services as to contractual obligations and providing overall problem-solving support, in close collaboration with Account Fulfillment
5.Lead the dialogue for contract amendments or contract extensions, in close collaboration with Group Commercial, Product Analysis and Product Management where required
6.Safety and quality focused, ensure compliance with all company regulatory requirements.
What You'll Need
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred
2.Excellent command of English, written and spoken; Other languages are beneficial
3..Certification in Project Management (PMP), Business Analysis, Business Planning is preferred
4.At least 5 years of proven track record of commercial experience including client relationship management, preferably in Aviation / MRO industry
5.Excellent communication skills, experience in upselling, cross selling and contract negotiations
6.Comfortable interpreting data to inform strategy and reporting, proficiency in MS Excel
7.Strong sense of time management / prioritization
