HAECO Component Overhaul is an independent MRO offering offering a wide range of repair and overhaul solutions for aircraft components from purpose-built facilities in Hong Kong and Xiamen, our workshops also facilitate the closed-loop repair of components.
Position Description
Responsible for supporting routine CRO store operation, and routine CRO Dispatch operation.
What You'll Do
Part A. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Support routine Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) store operations
- Perform routine Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) dispatch operations
- Ensure compliance of the operational procedures and safety regulations
Part B. Key Duties
- Perform receipt activities mainly for purchased, repaired, transferred, returned, loan & borrowed and shelf life-controlled parts
- Assure compliance to regulatory requirements and company and customer procedures
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and logistics capacity utilization
- Perform regular check for the compliance of the operational procedures and safety regulations
- Assist in providing improvement initiatives and plans for sectional development
- Perform dispatch duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
1.Technical and other Relevant Experience
Completion of HKCEE / HKDSE (or equivalent) and minimum 4 years of relevant experience; or Completion of Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 3 years of relevant experience; or
Completion of Higher Diploma / Degree (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience
T16 authorization or equivalent experience and knowledge is an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
Good analytical skills
Willing to work overtime
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
Certificate of IATA DG Regulation is an advantage
Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License (Class 1,2) or forklift license is an advantage
Basic command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good in Microsoft Office applications
