HAECO Component Overhaul is an independent MRO offering offering a wide range of repair and overhaul solutions for aircraft components from purpose-built facilities in Hong Kong and Xiamen, our workshops also facilitate the closed-loop repair of components.
Position Description
This role supports commercial decision-making by providing accurate product and pricing analysis for proposals, contract amendments, and performance reviews. It ensures data integrity, conducts financial modeling, and prepares analysis reports that enable competitive and profitable commercial offers. The role works closely with Product Management, Account Management, and Group Commercial to deliver timely insights.
What You'll Do
- Perform product and pricing analysis to support proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Prepare Financial Deal Summary (FDS) calculations and validate assumptions with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update pricing models, cost structures, and margin analysis for Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) products and services.
- Support Account Management in profitability reviews and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HAECO Group Commercial processes and company policies.
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all analysis deliverables.
What You'll Need
1. Technical and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, pricing, or financial modeling; aviation/ Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of latest modelling techniques and costing, profitability and analytical tools.
- Good project management, problem solving, and statistical or financial model building skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in preparing project papers and presentations with MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of English; other languages are an advantage.
