Position Description

Reporting to Manager, Operation Support & Technical Services, the incumbent is responsible to lead and manage the component overhaul operations in order to meet the Company’s objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and conduct regular reviews (KPIs) with internal and external customers to monitor and control the efficiency in operations, and to drive the performance to meet customer satisfactions
  • Initiate continuous improvement, and to develop and review departmental KPIs
  • Liaise with customers to forecast and prioritize works
  • Conduct forecast capacity and input plans, provide recommendations on utilization of the staffs and equipment resources in Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO)
  • Coordinate with teams in Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) and internal suppliers to ensure smooth work processing
  • Manage Spare Provisioning Model (SPM) with production to enhance the accuracy of material demands
  • Provide recommendations for provisioning of parts for forthcoming components to avoid shortages
  • Manage team performance for compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

  • With 4 years of relevant experience for Degree holder in relevant disciplines; or with 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to draw useful information from massive system data
  • Excellent communication skills, and with strong supervisory / coaching skills
  • Efficient team management to accomplish assigned tasks met target
  • Able to work independently and make logical judgement under pressure

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge in aircraft maintenance and component service
  • Good PC skills with Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
