Position Description

The HR Assistant will work closely with HR Lead to provide administrative support to the Shenzhen office, assisting HR Lead with personnel matters and ensuring the smooth running of the Shenzhen office logistics.

What You'll Do

  • Assist HR Lead with daily administrative tasks and duties.
  • Responsible for fixed assets management and maintenance in Shenzhen office, real-time update, and regular inventory.
  • Cooperate with Group HR to complete the preparation and follow-up of annual/quarterly questionnaires.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Handle inquiries from employees and external partners regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement events and activities.
  • Manage HR&Admin-related invoices, expenses, and budget tracking.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, with exposure to HR functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
