Position Description
The Scrum Master, Digital Products will work in the Digital Delivery Team to advise and oversee the performance against Agile values, practices, and processes. He / She will be working closely with the Product Owner and co-lead the work of the Digital Delivery Team. This role is key to the Group’s success in the digital transformation journey, and empower the teams becoming more effective and scaling Agile practices across the entities.
What You'll Do
- Work with the Digital Delivery Team to promote and reinforce Agile practices and behaviors

- Facilitate sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives, and other Agile activities
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and drive for Agile maturity
- Assist the Product Owner to manage and prioritise work through the backlog
- Review and manage backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated
- Ensure adequate work spread across the team and all work is captured within the backlog
- Manage and track the performance of the Digital Delivery Team through dashboards and other reporting systems
- Maintain and update the process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and transparent communications with the Product Owner and other stakeholders
- Create burn-down charts to measure digital delivery team output over time
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and best practices for the digital delivery team, and enable the organization to adopt Agile practices
- Engage Agile Coaches to identify and deliver trainings to promote Agile practices
- Engage the digital delivery team to identify opportunities to improve Agile performance, and ways to work smarter
- Model behaviours to enable the organization’s transformation to the Agile way of working
Actively create and maintain the culture within the Digital Delivery Team considering the organization and Agile leadership behaviours
What You'll Need
1. Technical and other Relevant Experience
- Tertiary education and a minimum of 10 years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile project or managing product development using Agile
- Certified Scrum master, AgilePM or PMI-ACP
- Experience working with or in an Agile team with a deep understanding of Agile practices
- Hands-on experience with technical tools such as Jira, MS Teams, G-suite, Smart-sheets
- Proven track record and experience in managing a team of technology professionals (including in-house, external, or offshore resources) to drive strategic Digital/IT projects and support Digital/IT systems
- Experience as a Servant Leader with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
