Position Description
Oversee the commercial initiative, including sales, customer services & product support, business development etc. Work closely with Group Commercial team.
What You'll Do
Job Purpose
- Develop and execute strategic sales and customer service plans tailored to the aerospace composite MRO industry, drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships with aircraft operators, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations, customer support initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to align business objectives with aerospace market demands and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need
Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in aerospace MRO sales, customer service, or support management, with a focus on composite materials or aircraft components.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies for aerospace MRO services, achieving revenue targets, and managing high-value customer relationships (e.g., airlines, OEMs, MROs).
- Strong leadership skills with experience building, motivating, and developing high-performance teams in the aerospace or MRO industry.
- Experience working with international aerospace customers/partners and managing cross-border MRO contracts.

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Cantonese) are a plus .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical stakeholders, executive clients, and regulatory teams.
- Deep understanding of aerospace MRO regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA, CAAC), composite materials technology, and industry best practices for customer service in aviation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools, with experience leveraging data to drive sales decisions in the MRO sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and adapt to changing aerospace market conditions (e.g., fleet upgrades, new composite material standards).
