Position Description
The Total Rewards Manager, Group HR will be a member of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Total Rewards area. He/she will drive Group-wise Total Rewards initiatives by establishing policies, processes, guidelines and best practices in alignment with HAECO People Strategy and Total Rewards Philosophy and Roadmap. He/she will partner closely with HAECO Group managed entities to ensure alignment across the HR organization on Total Rewards area.
What You'll Do
- Manage full spectrum of total rewards activities and processes including job evaluation, market survey participation, compensation and benefits benchmark, pay proposal preparation, pay ranges development, rewards related analysis, etc.
- Lead the annual compensation processes end-to-end, such as annual salary review, bonus cycle, budgeting, etc.
- Lead/support Group-wise Total Rewards projects and initiatives, such as pay structure benchmark, benefits review, program design, etc. Assist with total rewards policies and framework development
- Partner with Entity HR teams, business leaders and other teams across HAECO group to ensure alignment and timely & effective implementation of total rewards programs and projects
- Provide advice/recommendations on optimizing total rewards processes/programs in alignment with company’s direction and total rewards philosophy
- Conduct regular analysis with regards to all total rewards areas where necessary for data-driven proposals/recommendations and ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness of HAECO rewards programs
- Stay updated with the market trends and development, as well as local regulations to ensure total rewards program are relevant, competitive and compliant
What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Strong knowledge in Total Rewards, such as market benchmark exercise, job evaluation, bonus monitoring, flexible benefits, etc
- A team player with strong sense of ownership and collaboration
- Self-driven and agile; able to navigate ambiguity and work independently
- Articulate, good influencing and analytical skills with high attention to details
- Prepared to go the extra mile for excellence; ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- A recognized university degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in Total Rewards
- Experienced in leading and managing Total Rewards projects
- Experience in regional / group-level / consultancy roles is a plus
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
