Position Description

  • Administer technical publications from customers and/or OEM, ensuring revisions are properly maintained and distributed to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Issue new revisions to all manual holders and maintain records of revision acknowledgements to ensure technical manuals remain updated.
  • Ensure the timely deployment and monitoring of the latest technical manual revisions from customers and vendors.
  • Support the digital transformation of technical publications for end-users.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the Technical Publications Centre (Library) and its contents.

What You'll Do

  • Managed the day-to-day updating, revision, and distribution of technical publications and documentation.
  • Liaise with customers and vendors regarding technical manuals and their deployment.
  • Acquire essential technical documents from OEM/ Vendor portals
  • Control and retain customer-provided documentation in accordance with established company procedures.
  • Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs and provide support as needed.
  • Assist senior to prepare departmental improvement pro
  • Perform clerical and other duties as assigned to support the Technical Publications team.

What You'll Need

•    Higher Diploma or Degree in Business or I.T. or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (experience with Power BI/Apps and/or software related to AI applications are an advantage).
•    Good command of spoken and written English.
