Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.
Position Description
- Ensuring the on-time deployment and monitoring of the latest technical manual revisions.
- Analysis data to ensure system and regulatory compliance.
- Liaison between production teams, commercial teams, customers and OEM (e.g., Boeing, Airbus) for manual deployment and access issues.
- Supporting the digital transformation of technical publications for end-users.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the Technical Publications team.
What You'll Do
- Install latest HAECO/customer data into TPC server and distribute to HAECO end users.
- Liaise with Commercial & customer for customer digital manuals and deployment
- Co-ordinate with IT to establish guidelines for handling TPC server upload and maintenance
- Monitor the in-house publication management system e.g. LAS/ETMS system
- Analysis and identify potential system enhancement initiatives with modern technology including AI
- Monitor TPC software and hardware requirement in order to meet operation needs.
- Conduct preliminary research on new AI tools and IT solutions to support TPC strategic goals.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Understanding of fundamental IT principles (networking, hardware, operating systems).
- At least one year of experience of I.T./Document management experience in a technical service support or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
