Position Description
This role will support the HAECO Group Commercial team and entities in facilitating commercial operations. This includes maintaining operational readiness, structure, processes, policies, visibility and access to all system tools, data and analytics required to run a global commercial team. This role will further support commercial teams in monitoring KPI’s, customer satisfaction, and support for industry trade events. As key contributor to the operational team, this position will play an important role in delivery of operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all commercial processes are maintained, visible and accessible to all stakeholders. Coordinate HAECO Group Commercial related general enquiries
- Maintain access of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), visibility of reports and tools for user access and support. Manage CRM platform user interface, maintenance, data integrity and functions
- Maintain and further enhance the intranet appearance of Group Commercial and closely collaborate with Corporate Communications and other relevant stakeholders to further promote Group Commercial contents
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Monitor customer satisfaction and advocate customer feedback to group commercial teams
- Monitor, measure Group Commercial reports and key performance indicators
- Maintain access to commercial data, perform data analysis, and share assessment with HAECO Group & Business Units Commercial team as requested
- Ensure compliance with HAECO Group Commercial processes and Company policies. Conduct vetting of customers / service providers to HAECO standards
- Coordinate Group Commercial events / participation
- Support team in travel arrangements and verification of reimbursements
- Travel as required for business on behalf of HAECO
What You'll Need
1. Technical and other Relevant Experience
- At least 3 - 5 years of proven track record of experience in Aviation and/or MRO industry
- Demonstrated experience in CRM tools, reporting, analytics and presentations
- Experience in Process Development, Lean Process and Continuous Improvement
- Good awareness of commercial process, policies and best practices
- Strong in execution and attentive to details, able to carry out task steadily and meticulously
- Ability to work with others in cross cultural / cross functional environments with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- University Degree (Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science) Education in relevant subject, and/or relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable in CRM platform, data analytics, MS Office tools and presentation tools to develop and articulate documents and visual presentations for group commercial communication purposes
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken; Cantonese and / or Mandarin an advantage
