Position Description
As a member of the ERP Solutions team, the Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for defining, maintaining, and governing the enterprise architecture landscape across HAECO Transformation & Technology(TT).
The role provides architecture leadership across enterprise applications, ERP, AMOS, HR, Finance, integration platforms, cloud technologies, cybersecurity architecture, IoT-enabled solutions, vendor products, and AI-enabled capabilities. The Enterprise Solution Architect establishes architecture principles, governance frameworks, technology standards, and reference architectures to ensure technology investments are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with business priorities and Group direction.
The position acts as the architecture authority for TT and provides guidance across digital transformation initiatives, solution reviews, platform selection, enterprise integration, technology governance, and future AI-enabled solution architecture.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, target-state architecture, and technology roadmaps across TT.
- Establish architecture governance processes, architecture review forums, reference architectures, and technology standards to ensure consistency and long-term sustainability.
- Lead architecture design and review across ERP, AMOS, HR, Finance, digital workplace platforms, mobile solutions, vendor applications, IoT-enabled solutions, and AI initiatives.
- Govern enterprise integration architecture covering APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, system interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, solution options, and technology investments to ensure alignment with architecture standards, security requirements, scalability, supportability, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, cybersecurity, infrastructure, Group IT, project teams, and vendors to deliver practical, reusable, and well-governed technology solutions.
What You'll Need
- 8–12 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, application governance, or technical leadership roles.
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, integration architecture, solution lifecycle management, and technology governance.
- Experience with ERP, MRO, HR, Finance, workflow platforms, integration platforms, or other enterprise-scale business application environments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and modern integration approaches.
- Microsoft Azure, Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity, or Integration-related certifications would be advantageous.
- Experience with architecture governance frameworks such as TOGAF, architecture review boards, and design authority practices.
- Exposure to AI solution architecture, AI governance principles, Responsible AI, and AI platform integration patterns would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
