Position Description
The Scrum Master, Group Technology Products will work with the Group Technology Product Delivery Teams to advise and oversee the performance against Agile values, practices, and processes. He / She will be working closely with the Product Owners and co-lead the work of the Group Technology Delivery Teams. This role is key to the Group’s success in the technology transformation journey and empower the teams becoming more effective and scaling Agile practices across the entities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver technology products, user requirements and value propositions
- Advise and oversee performance against the Agile values, practices and processes
- Define goals and ensure task are easily understood by the Technology Delivery Teams before execution
- Support the Technology Delivery Teams by maintaining the backlog and facilitating Agile meetings including the daily stand-up meeting, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings etc.
- Empower the Technology Delivery Teams to be more effective and help scaling Agile practices across the entities
- Work with the Technology Delivery Team to promote and reinforce Agile practices and behaviors
- Assist the Product Owner to manage and prioritise work through the backlog
- Manage and track the performance of the Technology Delivery Teams through dashboards and other reporting systems
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and best practices for the technology delivery teams, and enable the organization to adopt Agile practices
What You'll Need
1. Technical and other Relevant Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile project or managing product development using Agile
- Certified Scrum master, AgilePM or PMI-ACP preferred
- Experience working with or in an Agile team with a deep understanding of Agile practices
- Hands-on experience with technical tools such as Jira, MS Teams, G-suite, Smart-sheets
- Proven track record and experience in managing a team of technology professionals (including in-house, external, or offshore resources) to drive strategic Technology projects and support
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- University degree holder
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to analyze value of projects
- Experiences in aviation MRO industry will be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
