Position Description
Responsible to Head of Section (Ramp Services) for the management of Ramp Services personnel in order to meet defined cleaning standards and contractual obligations at minimum costs and maximum utilization of resources.
What You'll Do
- Assist Head of Section (Ramp Services) to maintain operation efficiency in respect of agreed standards and aircraft turnaround times.
- Execute the task which assigned by Head of Section (Ramp Services).
- Motivate teammates to develop their own careers as directed by the company’s career development policy.
- Execute the safety procedures are strictly complied by frontline staff.
What You'll Need
1. Technical and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Ramp Services experience
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Recognized Degree / Higher diploma / Diploma in any disciplines, business / management related an advantage.
- Production knowledge in line or base maintenance is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
