What You'll Do

• Generates and executes sustainable, practical and actionable solutions to improve maintenance operation.

• Continuous monitoring and streamlining of implemented solutions.

• Key delivery areas include safety, quality, and efficiency enhancement.

• Liaise with the wider team to understand operational needs and provide guidance.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement.

• Estimate and measure cost and benefit(s) of the proposals.

• Develop related policies, procedures, tools and/or equipment.

• Implement improvement plans and actions.

What You Need 

       1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience related to continuous improvement.

• An undergraduate degree preferably in engineering, or other related science and management disciplines.

• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate.

• Strong problem solving and data analytical mindset.

• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.

• Frontline experience in line or base maintenance is an advantage.

• Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Recognised degree in any disciplines. Degree in engineering, aviation, science, business management or other relevant disciplines is an advantage

• Excellent command of English, Chinese (Cantonese), both spoken and written

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer
