Position Description
Utilize analytics and data visualization tools to create management reports and dashboards. Support business process improvement projects by coordinating daily tasks, documenting business requirements and implementing on business improvements.
What You'll Do

Participate in Line Maintenance Planning projects, collaborating with multiple departments to understand information needs, ensuring strategies and solutions align with evolving needs, and leveraging technology to enhance Line Maintenance operations.

Maintain a customer-focused approach to achieve department objectives.

Identify requirements from business units in Line Maintenance Planning and identify improvement opportunities.

Initiate, execute, and monitor project plans.

Support business improvement initiatives and reporting as required for the department's annual improvement plan.

Implement improvement initiatives and develop control plans, including training, communication, and process documentation revisions to sustain improvement results.

Ensure data and processes are ready for timely project deliverables and internal business improvement projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experiencee
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or cross-team projects.
- Experience with solutions spanning multiple Office365 services
- Holding an HKCAD A1, B1 Aircraft Maintenance License or experience in a production department (technical or non-technical team) is an advantage.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Knowledge of querying databases.
- Understanding of statistics or project management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform formulas and development methods.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of MS Power BI.
