Position Description
Project Officer, OSS is responsible for coordinating a wide range of administrative, safety, and project support functions - including staff training, occurrence reporting, tooling procurement, and vendor visits - to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the department.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for staff training administration.
- Occurrence Investigation report writing and monitoring of the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
- Responsible for safety and Improvement projects.
- Record and monitor staff overtime against productivity goals.
- Responding to supporting department requests and queries and other non technical communication.
- Responsible for tooling and equipment procurement and management.
- Safety-related responsibility offloaded to the department (Risk assessment forms, Safety training plan, ISO audit preparation).
- Arrangement of workshop visit for vendors and customers.
What You'll Need
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or project management.
- 5 years relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory role.
- Candidates with a relevant diploma or with less experience can be considered as Assistant Officer, OSS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for tracking, and Word for report writing), knowledge of AI is considered an advantage.
