Position Description

What You'll Do

  • Develop detailed project plans that prioritize tasks based on their criticality and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project milestone and TRT 
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans, ensuring that all tasks are sequenced effectively to meet deadlines 
  • Analyse and assess potential conflicts between aircrafts, maintenance tasks, utilizing technical knowledge to identify dependencies and constraints that may impact project timelines 
  • Monitor and drive operational performance excellence to enable “Planning-led-Operation” 

What You'll Need

  • A valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings
  • A minimum of 5 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft base maintenance
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and workflows, with the ability to evaluate technical task requirements and dependencies effectively 
  • Proficient in qualitative analysis techniques to assess task conflicts and inform planning decisions 
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate conflict resolution 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions 
  • Aviation specific training is a benefit
