Position Description

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Production Planning TAKT Team in accurately identifying and sourcing correct part numbers and/or specifications for all required resources, ensuring that production needs are met efficiently 
  • Evaluate potential conflicts related to resource availability and task requirements, providing timely insights to prevent disruptions in the planning process 
  • Facilitate the downstream arrangements process for tools and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are in place for successful project execution 
  • Serve as a hot desk for the Execution Team, quickly arranging ad-hoc materials and tools required to complete planned tasks and respond to immediate operational needs

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a support role within the aircraft MRO industry or a related field 
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify conflicts and propose effective solutions 
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations 
  • A recognised Degree in Engineering related discipline
  • Aviation specific training is a benefit 
  • Fresh graduates may be considered as junior Coordinator
