What You'll Do

• To provide procurement support to internal customers;

• To ensure proper execution of contractual commitment by suppliers;

• To conduct market research, periodic price reasonableness assessment and cost review;

• To make recommendation on vendor selection and contractual protection for procurement related agreements;

• To assist/lead studies on cost saving & process improvement initiatives;

• To assist mitigation of the safety and sustainability risks of outsourcing.

• Handling daily procurement duties, executing projects and leading tender exercises and contract development;

• Facilitating operation efficiency with timely response to internal users’ procurement request/enquiries;

• Contributing/execution of cost saving initiatives and other procurement strategies;

• Understanding supply base and market trend;

• Providing constructive feedback to supplier for future development;

• Conducting product development and analysis;

• Collaborating with teams and Influencing relevant stakeholders effectively.

What You Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years working experience for Procurement Executive  

• Product & market knowledge in related category of purchases is an advantage.

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• A recognized bachelor degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management or other related discipline.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving technique

• Professional qualification with membership in purchasing and supply related institute is preferred.

• Self-motivated, well organized, analytical and result-oriented

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Putonghua would be an added advantage
