Position Description
Focus on Task Oriented Training, Safety Training Package, New Joiner Development Program and Occupational Safety & Health Training
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement induction and practical training programs to enhance workforce competency.
- Drive engagement initiatives and maintain effective communication with mechanics and mechanic trainees.
- Act as a mentor to support skill development, knowledge transfer, and career progression of aircraft maintenance personnel.
- Deliver practical training and coaching to mechanics and trainees.
- Prepare and maintain training materials and standards.
- Promote safety awareness and compliance with maintenance procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and share best practices.
- Develop trainee skills, knowledge, and job confidence.
- Assess trainee competency and training progress.
- Support new joiner induction and development programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience and 3 years of relevant training experience, or equivalent.
- Candidates with less aircraft maintenance and/or training experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Practical Trainer, subject to demonstrated technical competence and development potential.
- Strong safety mindset and compliance with maintenance procedures.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and report safety concerns.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Effective presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Passed combined certificate for safety & health supervisor is an advantage.
- Proficiency of using Microsoft O365 & Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage.
