Position Description
Cabin Management Center (CMC) is a frontline operational support function to support Cathay Pacific (CX) to ensure aircraft cabin conditions are maintained to the highest quality standard. CMC Planning Engineers are responsible for aligning with customer and ensuring all maintenance work is planned and kept on track by managing work packages and using project management tools
What You'll Do
- Lead CMC planners to plan, manage, prepare, and issue all maintenance work package for line and base maintenance activities, based on airline operations, aircraft time availability, complexity of work and availability of required resources such as facilities, tooling, materials, and manpower
- Coordinate plans for maintenance work packages with the Cabin Technical Group (CTG) to ensure successful completion
- Ensure that all managed work is in compliance with quality standards, policies and procedure
- Coordinate with material management team to assure that the parts supply is compatible with the work package provided
- Liaise with customers on planning maintenance matters
- Ensure workplace safety according to company safety policy
What You'll Need
Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience of planning experience with relevant engineering or technical qualifications
- Familiar with CX Ultramain, Net-line Ops and TDM system will be an advantage

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Acquired Degree or alternate qualification
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
