HAECO ITM Limited is a joint venture company between HAECO (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd.) and Cathay Pacific Airways based in Hong Kong, providing aircraft component services ranging from flexible inventory pooling solutions, Power-By-The-Hour component support services and component repair management to ad-hoc loans, exchanges and world-wide AOG support. HAECO ITM consists of different functions such as Asset Management & Trading, Inventory Management, Repair Management and Value Engineering.

 

Position Description

Operationally reporting to HoS Inventory management and responsible for daily operations aiming to deliver timely, professional and cost-effective solution to both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do

  • Stock provisioning
  • Float calculations and provide cost effective solutions to problems
  • Assist to analyze parameters for calculations / assist to calculate
  • Assist to prepare budget forecasts
  • Support Ad-hoc Projects as assigned by management
  • Data management, extracting reports from various system
  • Providing input data to various team for different projects

What You'll Need

 

Functional and other Relevant Experience
•    Knowledge or experience in aviation industry would be an advantage
•    Good analytical skills with experience in business analysis / project management / planning would definitely be an advantage


Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
•    A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Inventory Management/Demand Forecasting, Operations, Planning field
•    A recognized Degree in Statistics, Business Analysis, Engineering or related disciplines. In-lieu of degree a demonstrable experience
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think systematically and holistically
•    Skillful in preparing analysis reports and presentations with MS Excel, MS Access, MS Macro, MS PowerPoint, Power BI
•    Proven communication skills, influencing skills, and conflict management skills
•    Strong in execution and attentive to details, able to carry out tasks steadily and meticulously 
•    A quick learner and good team player
•    Good command of English, both spoken and written
