Officer (Customer Support) (1 year contract)

Position Description

Working with a team of specialists to deliver best ITM service experience to customer, with ability to handle issues including but not limited to daily route operational issue such as AOG, customer enquiry, disputes and complaints and cross-departmental improvement projects. Aim is to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention for ITM business.

• A good team player with strong supervisory skills and communication skills
• Analytical, strong in problem-solving, multi-tasking and customer-focused;
• Great time management & priority setting skills, can effectively under pressure and manage workloads.
• Strong project management and presentation skills;
• Attention to details and able to work using own initiative
• Good financial awareness and business acumen with the ability to understand contractual language;
• Forward thinking and change oriented;
• Computer literacy with advanced data analysis tools, and proficiency in preparing project papers and presentations with MS Office applications;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written

Qualification & Experience

• Quick thinker, commercial acumen with at least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in aviation industry
• A recognized Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Logistics or related disciplines
