We are looking for the OT & Infrastructure Cybersecurity Manager to be responsible for all aspects related to HAECO’s Operational Technology (OT) and IT Infrastructure Cybersecurity risks. You will work with Entities to implement practices that meet HAECO’s defined policies and standards for cybersecurity risk management in relation to the OT and IT Infrastructure.
 

What You’ll Do

• Devise the cybersecurity risk assessment plan of all Operational Technologies and manage its implementation in HAECO Entities
• Assess the current gap and advise remediation steps to ensure Entities have the right technology, people & processes in place and strength business awareness to minimize cybersecurity risks in OT systems and IT Infrastructure
• Develop the control mechanism to monitor security of all OT systems and IT Infrastructure
• Ensure security standards and practices for all Operational technology and IT Infrastructure stacks are defined and followed by all HAECO Entities
• Ensure developments and changes in the threat environments are adequately addressed in security strategy plans and architecture artifacts
• Facilitate Entities to identify all OT Systems to build a complete & accurate OT inventory
• Facilitate cybersecurity risk assessment with Entities on OT systems and IT Infrastructure.
• Develop appropriate solutions, procedures and practices in relations to OT and IT Infrastructure security mitigation & control
• Monitor and report effective OT and IT Infrastructure risk mitigating controls with the stakeholders
• Design OT cybersecurity awareness campaign/training program

What You’ll Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in information security, security operations, security program and project management

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field or discipline
• Certified CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or other similar credentials
• Knowledge and understanding of NIST and ITIL
• In-depth knowledge of information security risk management and cybersecurity technologies
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage
