Position Description
Manage, coordinate and optimize daily receiving and inspection operations of the assigned scope within the HAECO Stores and Logistics Network
What You'll Do
- Assure compliance to regulatory requirements and company / customer procedures
- Structure and organize the receiving and inspection functions to meet business and development requirements
- Perform occurrence analysis and investigation of related quality audit findings, customer complaints, IOR’s and MOR’s and propose corrective and preventive action plan. Liaise with internal and external parties for case follow up
- Monitor and assure quality and safety standard of the workplace
- Structure and implement the inspector authorization programme and formulate training plan
- Work closely with internal / external customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Conduct continuous review, plan and evaluate the receiving and inspection activities, work flow, cost effectiveness, KPI achievement, staff performance and development
- Coordinate annual budget exercise, monitor budget adherence and investigate variance
- Initiate, lead, prepare and present progress report of ad hoc / process improvement projects
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff
- Perform supervisory duties
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
What You'll Need
Job Requirements & Competencies
- Excellent knowledge in supply chain operations / Aviation / Quality Assurance
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma / 5S / ISO an advantage
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, preferably in aviation industry
