Position Description
Liaise with internal / external customers and regulatory authorities to ensure MM sections are maintained in accordance with all Quality & Safety requirements
What You'll Do
- Take responsibilities per Material Management Executive
- Engage to lead the Department Quality & Safety Management
- Plan, direct and facilitate internal / external audits to Stores & Logistics operation
- Analyze investigation results generated from audit or quality and safety issues reported by internal / external customers and facilitate follow-ups / changes to Operations / Operations standards.
- Closely liaise with internal / external customers and regulatory authorities to ensure MM sections are maintained in accordance with all regulatory requirements
- Support and advise departments on audit or quality and safety issues reported by internal / external customers to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are fully met
- Spread quality and safety knowledge and messages to instill a quality and safety culture in Material Management
- Provide independent advice on quality and safety matters to management.
What You'll Need
Functional and other Relevant Experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience with a recognized bachelor degree in Engineering / Business / Project / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- A recognized Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related disciplines
- A Degree in other disciplines but with related working experience may be considered
- Excellent command of conversational English and Chinese
- Excellent command of written English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and make logical judgment under pressure
- Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office applications preferred
