Position Description

Liaise with internal / external customers and regulatory authorities to ensure MM sections are maintained in accordance with all Quality & Safety requirements

What You'll Do

  • Take responsibilities per Material Management Executive
  • Engage to lead the Department Quality & Safety Management
  • Plan, direct and facilitate internal / external audits to Stores & Logistics operation
  • Analyze investigation results generated from audit or quality and safety issues reported by internal / external customers and facilitate follow-ups / changes to Operations / Operations standards.
  • Closely liaise with internal / external customers and regulatory authorities to ensure MM sections are maintained in accordance with all regulatory requirements
  • Support and advise departments on audit or quality and safety issues reported by internal / external customers to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are fully met
  • Spread quality and safety knowledge and messages to instill a quality and safety culture in Material Management
  • Provide independent advice on quality and safety matters to management.

What You'll Need

Functional and other Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience with a recognized bachelor degree in Engineering / Business / Project / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
     

 

Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • A recognized Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related disciplines
  • A Degree in other disciplines but with related working experience may be considered
  • Excellent command of conversational English and Chinese
  • Excellent command of written English
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and make logical judgment under pressure
  • Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office applications preferred
